1. General Agreement

By registering for any training course, service, or recruitment-related offering provided by Chemical Coast Industrial Training ("Company"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all participants, clients, and organizations engaging with our services.

2. Training Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Training Courses)

3.1 Participant Cancellations

72+ hours prior to class:
- Eligible for a 100% refund or free rescheduling.
Less than 72 hours prior to class:
- Eligible for a 50% refund OR a $25 rescheduling fee.
Within 24 hours of class or No-Show:
- No refund will be issued.

A "no-show" is defined as failure to attend a scheduled class without prior written notice.

3.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to admin@chemicalcoast.com.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3.3 Company Cancellations

Chemical Coast Industrial Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to:

Low enrollment
Instructor availability
Weather or emergency conditions

In such cases, participants will be offered:

A full refund, OR
Transfer to a future class at no additional cost

4. Attendance & Conduct

Participants are expected to arrive on time and remain for the duration of the course.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
Participants must follow all safety instructions during training.

5. Certification

Certifications (including American Red Cross certifications) are issued by the certifying organization.
Chemical Coast Industrial Training is not responsible for delays or issues related to third-party certification systems.

6. Liability Waiver

Training may involve physical activity (e.g., CPR skills practice).
By participating, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks.
Chemical Coast Industrial Training is not liable for injuries sustained during training unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Recruitment & Placement Services

7.1 Candidate Participation

Candidates participating in recruitment or training-to-placement programs agree to provide accurate information.
Misrepresentation may result in removal from programs without refund.

7.2 Employer Agreements

Employers engaging with Chemical Coast Industrial Training for recruitment services agree to honor agreed-upon placement terms and fees.

7.3 No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in training or recruitment services does not guarantee job placement.

8. Refund Policy (Recruitment Services)

Fees associated with recruitment services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Any refund exceptions must be approved in writing by Chemical Coast Industrial Training.

9. Media & Marketing Release

Chemical Coast Industrial Training may take photos or videos during training sessions.
By attending, you grant permission for use in marketing unless you opt out in writing prior to the class.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for training, certification, and communication purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required for certification or legal compliance.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services will first be attempted to be resolved directly.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
