Prepare for Industrial Aptitude Testing with Confidence
Chemical Coast provides guidance and resources to help candidates prepare for common industrial aptitude and pre-employment tests. Strong fundamentals in math, reading, and mechanical reasoning can make a major difference in hiring success.
We encourage candidates to build their skills using trusted resources and consistent practice.
Basic Math Prep
For basic math review, we recommend Khan Academy for strengthening skills in arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and basic problem solving.
Mechanical Aptitude Prep
For mechanical reasoning and aptitude preparation, we recommend studying Barron’s Mechanical Aptitude and Spatial Relations Tests to build familiarity with concepts such as gears, pulleys, levers, spatial reasoning, and industrial problem solving.
Reading / Comprehension Prep
Candidates should also practice reading comprehension and workplace instruction interpretation, especially in safety, operations, and mechanical contexts.
