What types of training do you offer?

We offer hands-on, scenario-based training in CPR, First Aid, AED, OSHA-aligned safety topics, emergency response, equipment safety, workplace safety awareness, and industrial-focused training programs.

Who can attend your training sessions?

Our courses are designed for industrial workers, chemical plant personnel, manufacturing teams, contractors, businesses, schools, families, and individuals seeking certifications or career advancement.

Are your classes hands-on?

Yes. We focus heavily on hands-on, practical, and scenario-based learning designed around real-world situations.

Do you offer corporate or company training?

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the class start time.

Yes. Participants receive applicable certifications after successfully completing eligible courses. Certification validity depends on the course.

Do you offer resume assistance?

Do candidates have to complete testing?

Some positions may require aptitude testing, skill evaluations, or pre-screening assessments, depending on client requirements and job type.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training Courses

Participants may cancel or reschedule training classes up to 48 hours before the scheduled class start time.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may qualify for:

    • a full refund, or

    • transfer to a future class date.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class may not qualify for a refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Chemical Coast Recruiting & Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • transfer to another available class.

Recruiting & Candidate Services

Candidate intake submissions, resume reviews, aptitude testing, interview preparation, and recruiting evaluations are generally non-refundable once services have been provided.

Digital Products & Online Training

Digital products, downloadable materials, and online training purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Group & Corporate Training

Custom corporate or group training cancellations may be subject to separate agreements, deposits, or cancellation terms depending on the size and scope of the training.
