About Me

Hi, I’m Cully Mulryan. I specialize in helping people get hired in the chemical and refinery industry by teaching them how to communicate confidently and professionally in interviews.

I’m qualified to coach because I’ve sat in over 100 process operator interviews and have seen firsthand what separates the applicants who get hired from the ones who don’t. I know the exact interview styles, questions, and responses hiring managers expect. I built the TRACE Method™ based on real patterns I observed during these interviews.

Over the years, I’ve coached many candidates using this method, helping them turn their personal experience, hobbies, and strengths into clear, structured interview answers that stand out. My coaching is practical, industry-specific, and built on real-world insights and not generic career advice.
