It provides you with essential life-saving skills and meets OSHA requirements for workplace safety training. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to cardiac or breathing emergencies for adults, children, and infants. You will learn how to: Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively Respond to choking, bleeding, burns, and other first aid emergencies Recognize and care for a variety of medical conditions and injuries until EMS arrives Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Red Cross certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, which is valid for two years.
